The professionally trained counsellors will accept you and any issues you wish to discuss, without judgement, regardless of race, sexual orientation, religion, personal beliefs, or social background .
During counselling sessions, clients are supported and challenged to set goals which will help them to make changes in their life or situation. For Individual and Relationship Counselling, clients are initially offered six one-hour counselling sessions spread over a number of weeks.
