A deposit of £30 is required to secure bookings.  In the event of any breakages or spillages this deposit will be retained to cover costs of replacement crockery or any cleaning required.  Otherwise the deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.

Packed lunches are permitted as is the arrangement of your own catering eg. ordering Lunch to Go from Marks & Spencer.  Any Lunch to Go deliveries must be agreed in advance with the Relationship Centre on 0141 222 2166 and deliveries must be arranged within office hours.  Our staff will arrange to store goods delivered in the fridge (latest time for delivery in the afternoon should be 4.00 pm).

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided in the morning and afternoon at a charge of £2.00 per person.  Please confirm numbers of people attending and the times for tea/coffee breaks a week before your booking. Please note that at lunchtime you can help yourself to tea, coffee and biscuits.  Chilled water is provided within the booking costs.

Cancellation will mean forfeit of the deposit.

 Cancellation within 2 weeks of the booking will result in liability on the hirer’s part to pay half the cost of their booking.

 Cancellation within 48 hours of the booking will result in liability on the hirer’s part to pay the full cost of the booking.
